KEF! SIMON RÖHLEN // I WATCH HELPLESSLY AS FLOWERS WITHER
Museum Goch // 2nd April, 2023 to 25th June, 2023
Opening:
Sunday, 2nd April, 11.30
Under the title I WATCH HELPLESSLY AS FLOWERS WITHER, the Museum Goch will be the first German museum to present works by the urban artist Simon Röhlen alias KEF! born in Aachen in 1989.
The solo exhibition includes a selection of works of different media, as well as an expansive installation within a whol exhibition space, and thus reflects the style of an artist whose work is devoted in a recurring way to an elementary fragment of urban art – the line.
Sultan Adler // Mavi // 17.3. – 29.4.2023

"By virtue of her symbolic imagery, the artist places the Anatolian tulip, a protected species, with its calyx tilted toward the earth, in a cross-cultural context!"- Klaus Neff
